New Start Groups, a NJ Nonprofit Corporation is a 501(c)(3) organization that I founded July 14, 2022.

Our mission is to focus on making Mental Wellness a priority by facilitating honest discussions and teaching personal development techniques.

We offer the following free, monthly workshops for Adults and Teens:

"Adulting" Workshop (18+)

"No Parents Allowed" Workshop (12-17)

"Just Be" Restorative Yoga Workshop (18+).

About Me...

My name is Gina Naumov

With over two decades of experience in the Mental Health field, I am passionate about my work as a psychotherapist. My journey from a survivor of child

abuse to a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor and Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional has led me to establish my private practice, New Start Counseling, LLC in addition to founding New Start Groups, a NJ Nonprofit Corporation. I am also grateful to be working with the Woodbridge Police Department's Juvenile Station House Adjustment Program. This is why I am dedicated to providing a safe space for individuals who feel like they have nowhere to turn.

Since childhood, I aspired to be a psychotherapist, and after a decade of dreaming about creating a Nonprofit Organization, I finally found the inspiration and support after serendipitously meeting someone who convinced me to make it a reality. I am proud of the progress we have made and am excited to continue growing and expanding the impact of our organization by helping even more people through their healing journey.
